Return & Exchange Policy

At Kidcity, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions mentioned below.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible requests may be processed in the form of:

  • Product exchange

  • Full refund

Please note that shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The item must be returned with the original packaging

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Kidcity reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Clearance Items

Products purchased under clearance or final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchange Limitations

Products that have already been exchanged once are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and product images. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
